AI agents

Ask your numbers. Get answers you can check.

  • An AI agent set up around your business, answering from your own data.
  • Every number comes from the same tested figures as your reports and dashboards, and shows where it came from.
  • Answers from your own data
  • Drafts, never sends
  • Quoted once we've seen your systems
Example

Ask it like you'd ask an analyst.

AI insights from your own numbers, in plain words. Every answer lists the figures it used, so anyone can check it.

A manager's question, answered
  1. Studio managerWhy did intro sign-ups drop at Westside last week?
  2. AgentWestside had 18 intro sign-ups last week, against an average of 27 over the four weeks before. Most of the drop came on the weekend: 3 sign-ups, against an average of 11. Both 9am weekend classes were cancelled last week, and they usually bring in most weekend intros.Figures used: intro sign-ups by day, Westside, last five weeks. Westside class schedule, last week and this week.
  3. Studio managerDraft a note to the front desk team about it.
  4. AgentIntro sign-ups dipped last week, mostly on the weekend, when both 9am classes were off. They're back on the schedule this Saturday and Sunday. If someone asks about trying a class, point them to those two.Nothing is sent until you send it.
Illustrative: a made-up studio and made-up figures. Your team asks in Tempo, each with their own sign-in.
What's different

An AI that can't make up a number.

A general AI tool works the math out for itself, so the same question can come back with different answers. This one only quotes figures that tested code already calculated.

Your data, not the internet

It answers only from your own database, updated daily from your systems. If the answer isn't in your data, it says so.

No AI in the math

Code calculates every figure. AI never sets a number. Before you see an answer, a check matches each number in it to the figures it was given.

Built around your business

Your questions, your definitions and your roles, set up with you. Managers see only their own locations.

What it does

Answers and drafts. You hit send.

Answers questions

Sales, sign-ups, visits and cancellations, by location and by week. Ask a follow-up the way you'd ask a person.

Explains what changed

Why a number in your brief or dashboards moved, location by location, with the figures behind it.

Drafts for you to send

Notes to managers, summaries for owners and investors. Nothing goes out until you send it.

How it works

Set up with you, then kept up.

Connect

Your booking system, or any system through the Data Engine. The agent reads the same database as your reports.

Set up

We agree the questions you ask most and how each figure is defined, then test the answers with you before anyone relies on them.

Ask and improve

Your team asks in Tempo, each with their own sign-in. Each month we add the figures people asked for and didn't have.

It reads your own database, the same one behind the morning brief and Tempo.

Questions

Is this an AI analyst?

It does part of an analyst's job: answering questions about your numbers and drafting the write-up. We do the rest, keeping every figure defined, tested and up to date.

Does it see our clients' names?

No. It works from totals by location, day and class, so your clients' names and contact details never reach it.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. The agent runs on a business AI service whose terms bar training on customer data, and we don't opt in to anything that would.

Can it get things wrong?

It can misread a question. It can't change a number: each answer lists the figures it used, and an answer whose numbers don't match them is stopped. If a question needs a figure we haven't defined yet, it says so, and we add it.

Does it talk to our clients?

No. It works for your team. It drafts, and people decide what to send.

Which businesses is it for?

Businesses with several locations: studios and spas through their booking system, and any other business through the Data Engine.

What does it cost?

A setup fee, then a monthly fee, quoted once we've seen your systems and the questions you want answered.
