Utilization

See which time slots fill and which sit half empty.

Fill rate or attendance by day and hour, for one studio or all of them. Narrow it to a class type or a teacher, and tap any slot for the classes behind it.

Then move the classes that never fill, and add more of the ones that do.

On its own or with the brief.

Take Tempo by itself or with the morning brief. The brief tells you what changed. Tempo lets you dig into why.

From $500 a month

Plus a one-time setup fee. None if you already get the morning brief.

  • Up to 5 locations included
  • A login for every owner and manager, at no extra cost
  • Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Momence, Arketa or Zenoti

That's about what two or three members pay a month. For spas, about two empty appointments a month.

Questions

Do I need the morning brief?

No. Tempo works on its own. Take both and you pay one setup fee, and if you already get the brief, Tempo is ready in a few days.

Which booking systems does it work with?

Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Momence and Arketa for studios, and Zenoti for med spas and spas. On something else? Ask us.

How current are the numbers?

Each morning, Tempo shows everything through the day before, the same data as the brief.

Is our clients' personal information in it?

No. Tempo holds daily totals by studio, class and teacher. Member names and contact details never reach it.

What does the demo show?

Tempo running on made-up studio and spa groups, the same software clients use. Then we talk through your locations and systems.
