One inbox
Email, website chat and texts from every location land in one list, each marked with its location.
Four locations and three channels in one list. The open email has a reply drafted and checked, waiting for someone to send it.
Hi, I'm traveling for most of June. Can I pause my plan instead of cancelling?
Hi Jordan, yes. We can pause your Premier monthly plan from June 1 to June 30 for $15, and it starts again on July 1. Want me to set that up?
Built on open-source software that we set up and run in your own cloud account.
Email, website chat and texts from every location land in one list, each marked with its location.
Conversations go to the team at that location, and anyone can pick one up when a desk is busy.
When nobody picks up at a location, the caller gets a text, and their reply opens a conversation in the inbox.
AI drafts each email reply from the client's account and your policies. Nothing it drafts goes out until a person sends it.
Send a question to a location's manager by email. The answer comes back into the conversation as a private note.
We keep the desk updated, back it up every night and check that mail is flowing.
Every draft is checked first: an amount, date or plan that isn't in the client's account or your price list stops the draft.
Messages grow with every location you open and every client you add. The usual answer is another hire, and with per-seat pricing, another seat fee.
Quiet desks cover busy ones, so a new location doesn't need its own person answering messages.
The draft already has the client's plan, dates and amounts in it. Your team reads, adjusts and sends.
Your monthly tier is set by how many conversations you handle, not by seats, so adding people adds no fees.
At the business where we built it, client email, website chat and texts go through one desk, and email replies are drafted from each client's account. The hours are the business's own estimate of the time the email drafts save its support team.
The desk comes with everything above. What your team needs beyond it is scoped with you and quoted before we build it, for example:
Each conversation tagged by topic and location every night. AI assigns the topic; code does the counting.
Social media messages and other channels, added to the same inbox.
A note on the client's record or a task for a manager when a conversation needs one.
Larger workflows around the desk come from operations automation, and staff pages from Tempo Suite.
We install the desk in your own cloud account, connect your email addresses, website chat, phone lines and client accounts, and register your text line with the carriers.
We set up your team, your saved replies and a queue for each location, and write down the policies the drafts follow.
We keep it updated and backed up every night, watch that mail is flowing, and fix what breaks.
The desk and every conversation are in your account. The service agreement spells out what we hand over if you leave.
Email, website chat and texts, for every location and address you have. A missed call to a location can open a text conversation. Drafts are for email; your team answers chats and texts. Other channels, such as social media messages, are scoped with you.
AI never does: nothing it drafts goes out until a person sends it. The one automatic message is the text after a missed call, which you approve before it's turned on.
Texts from a business number have to be registered with the US carriers first. We file the registration with you during setup. It can take a few weeks, and email and chat work in the meantime. The missed-call text goes only to the number that just called, names your business and ends with Reply STOP to opt out. Texting also has consent rules, so you approve its wording, with your counsel if you like, before texts start.
Yes, the email and the client's account, so it can draft the reply. Access terms are signed before we connect anything.
No. Drafts are written by a business AI service whose terms bar training on customer data, and we don't opt in to anything that would.
You do. The desk runs in your own cloud account, and every conversation stays there. Before any work starts, the service agreement spells out what we hand over if you leave.
Yes. Changes are scoped with you and quoted before we build them, and larger workflows come from operations automation.
A setup fee, then a flat monthly fee for your tier. Tiers are set by how many conversations the desk handles in a month, not by how many people use it, and we quote yours once we've seen your setup. If your volume grows past your tier, you move to the next one. Your cloud provider bills you directly for hosting, and the text provider for texts and the carrier registration.
Tell us how many locations you have, where client messages arrive today and what you answer them with. We'll reply with how we'd set it up.
