We load your history

We copy your Zenoti history into your database and check the numbers against your Zenoti reports.

Questions

Does Zenoti allow this?

Yes. We use Zenoti's official API with a key you create in your Zenoti settings, limited to reading data.

Will it slow down Zenoti or our other tools?

No. Zenoti limits how many requests each business makes, so we pace ours and run overnight, leaving room for your other tools.

Do you see our clients' personal details?

Only when a use case needs them, such as a customer service agent, and only under a signed data agreement. Otherwise names and contact details are dropped as the data arrives.

Who owns the data?

You do. The database is yours, and you keep it if you leave.

What does it cost?

A setup fee and a flat monthly fee, quoted once we've seen your setup.
