Does Arketa allow this?

Yes. We use Arketa's official API with a key you create in your Arketa settings. We only read your data.

Do you see our clients' personal details?

Only when a use case needs them, such as a customer service agent, and only under a signed data agreement. Otherwise names and contact details are dropped as the data arrives.

Who owns the data?

You do. The database is yours, and you keep it if you leave.

What does it cost?

A setup fee and a flat monthly fee, quoted once we've seen your setup.
